Located on the first floor and easily accessible from the Main Lobby, our Divisible Conference Rooms (Rooms 1013 A/B) offer a total of 1,150 square feet of versatile meeting space. The rooms can be combined into one large space or divided into two separate rooms using an innovative room dividing wall, depending on your event's needs.

Ideal for workshops, meetings, or seminars, the rooms are equipped with 40 mobile seats in total arranged in a classroom style, each with individual desks and cup holders for maximum comfort. The newly upgraded AV system includes two computer projection screens with touch-screen adjustments, providing a seamless presentation experience. Additionally, two podiums with two handheld wireless microphones ensure clear and professional audio throughout your event. A large whiteboard with markers is available for interactive presentations and brainstorming sessions.

For added convenience, guests have access to the UCSD guest wireless network, no password needed. Catering is also permitted inside, allowing you to provide refreshments for your attendees. This versatile setup and comprehensive amenities make these conference rooms an excellent choice for any smaller size event. Please note, this room is provided in its current configuration, and any removal or rearrangement of furniture is not permitted.
