The Main Lobby, located on the first floor, offers a spacious 3,300 square feet of versatile indoor event space, with a maximum capacity of 80 people. This welcoming area is ideally suited for reception events, poster board sessions, tabletop shows, networking gatherings, or smaller-scale events. Adjacent to the Divisible Conference rooms, the Main Lobby can seamlessly complement other event spaces, offering additional room for mingling, displays, or breaks.
The lobby’s design, with windows surrounding the space, allows for an abundance of natural light, creating an open, airy atmosphere that enhances the overall event experience and provides guests with a dynamic and flexible setting for your next event. Lounge seating is included, providing a comfortable and relaxed setting for guests. However, any additional tables and chairs for events are not included but can be arranged as needed.
Please note that any removal or rearrangement of the existing lounge furniture in the lobby is subject to an additional fee. Our facilities team is happy to assist with any setup requests, but adjustments to the layout may incur extra charges.
